Carina is a cheerful, upbeat personality who teaches her pole lessons with a lot of humour and know-how. She supports and encourages me where I need it. If I'm in pain or can't do a trick, she gives great alternatives or simpler variations so that I don't feel overwhelmed or underchallenged in her lessons. Her lessons are almost always fully booked, which speaks in her favour!

Before I started training with Carina, I didn't know exactly where my pole dance journey would take me. She motivates and pushes me again and again. No matter how many times I ask, she always shows me the trick I don't understand. She supports me with my weaknesses and fears. Thanks to Carina, I have regained confidence in myself.

I have been going to Carina's pole classes for about a year now.
She shows all the combos and tricks in great detail and always provides support where she can.
She is the biggest fan and supporter of her students, in pole she is always there with heart and soul and humor.

The lessons are always very varied and Carina always comes up with something new. Even if it can sometimes be a bit challenging hehe^^ Thanks to Carina, I have achieved things that I would never have thought possible. I am very happy to be part of her class and that I canbe who I am and be accepted.

Carina makes the lessons very exciting and varied. I've already learnt so much from her and I'm still learning new things. Her strong self-confidence and charisma as well as her belief in her polerinas motivate us all a lot. Thanks to Carina, I have learnt to be more self-confident and have also found my self-love.
