About me

Hi, my Name is Carina and I'm a xpert-certified Poledance Instructor based in Switzerland.

After the my first poledance lesson, I was absolutely blown away. Sure, I didn't have the flexibility or strength to do anything on the pole that looked halfway decent. But in that moment, none of it mattered – I was having an incredible time and immediately felt at home in the class.

After 1 year of blood, sweat & tears I hade the chance to become a poledance teacher. Since then I help my polerinas to not only reach their polegoals but also become the best version of themselfs.

Now, my mission is to help women all over the world on their poledance & selflove journey and accompany them into a confident life.

Together, we'll navigate the ups and downs, celebrate victories, and overcome obstacles. Because I believe that every woman deserves to feel empowered, confident, and proud of who she is.
